Jeremy Harmer's How to Teach English is one of the most popular English teaching textbooks in the world. It is used by many teacher training courses as the textbook.
It is the best introductory texbook for learning to teach English. It has all the basics like methodology, classroom management, and lesson planning. It also contains specific sections on each English skill:
